<材料>

紅扁豆、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、栗子、咖哩粉、橄欖油、鹽

<做法>

1. 洋蔥爆香,放入紅蘿蔔、栗子略炒
2. 放咖哩粉和水,悶煮至食材變軟
3. 放紅扁豆,小火煮10~15分鐘,最後加鹽即可

<備註>

扁豆比其他豆類易熟,且口感柔軟,也可加進飯裡一起煮喔!
